Food Protein Standards

  • InBio has developed a proprietary line of LoTox™ Food Protein Standards with defined allergen composition to aid researchers and companies in food allergy.
  • InBio launched its Molecular Peanut Composite, an exciting new composite of all four major natural peanut allergens formulated in equimolar amounts as a potential replacement for peanut “extracts”.
  • InBio is excited to join ILSI Europe and sit on the new Food Allergen Analytics Task Force!
